Collaborating with Fynn’s culinary team, we crafted an exclusive brunch menu featuring dishes highlighting the notes of honey pear, sweet rose, and smoke. We created visually appealing and flavorful dishes designed to drive sales and generate buzz on social media. Delights included Buttermilk Hotcakes with Smoked Maple Bacon & Pear Jam and Mixed Endives Salad with Pears, Candied Nuts, and Rose Dressing, all designed to support the sales launch of the new fragrance.

The Fynn’s x Issey Miyake Parfums brunch collaboration campaign achieved unprecedented success, culminating in a record-breaking month with the highest sales since Fynn’s opened in 2016. Furthermore, Issey Miyake Parfums exceeded overall sales targets within the first month of launch, marking a significant milestone for the brand.
