Art creation is at the centre of The Foundation’s work, and our team works with the organisation to cultivate the next generation of Singapore’s artistes, grow the canon of Singapore music through original works, and promote multidisciplinary arts projects through music education and community outreach programmes. The Foundation leverages business networks and resources to create arts initiatives that benefit artists, businesses, and, ultimately, society.
Since its founding, GEE has worked closely with the charity’s founder, Michael Tay, to shape its vision, mission, and core messages. We continue to collaborate with the organisation on special fundraising projects, including the Prodigy Project, Artist Partnerships, Music Commissioning Series and other projects.
GEE’s past contributions range from developing the corporate identity to designing program and campaign collateral and leading digital transformation initiatives integrating online, constituent SalesForce CRM and online donation systems. Our team is committed to the long-term support of the initiatives by developing funding materials and programme management to help The Foundation grow into a sustainable organisation with multi-million annual revenues.
Since February 2019, The Foundation has been recognised as an IPC (Institution of a Public Character) in Singapore, which allows corporate supporters and individual donors to receive 250 percent tax deductions. Additionally, all funds raised by The Foundation are currently matched dollar-for-dollar by the Singapore government.
